    Elected officials and staff who gain from the policy they shape and implement is betrayal of the trust the American citizen puts in them to represent them, not the representative's wallet.  This should be an censorable or impeachable offense.

    Any hope of getting the House & Senate Ethics Committees to issue interim directives to Congressional staff until this is cleared up with proper legislation?  Demand this ethics rule change to immediately shore up the integrity of all elected officials.  If the Republicans won't agree to fix it, make it an across the board Dem pledge...sort of like contract with America...to represent consituents and not to constitute legislation for personal investments.

    Where is the proactive top leadership to ensure, make and keep government is clean?  Get out front on this and stay out front until we drive this corrupt generation from office.
