But the thing is, this is assuming that all the other media ignore all the other polls.
We always knew we were going to be facing a hostile media. The problem is, that hostile media wasn't very effective in 2000-- they couldn't even sink Gore. They're not going to play a big role this time around either.

  But could the biased media be enough of a factor to tilt this election the wrong way? Day in and day out they keep pounding the repug talking points without properly questioning their validity.
  I'd say that might be worth an 1 or 2% extra for shrub. Combine that with MasterNader's 1 or 2% and you've got a potential 5% hump that Kerry has to overcome.
  That's why I hope Kerry can start to pull away significantly ... like 10% ideally by Nov 2nd. so there won't be any recounts! (nervous twitching)
