Still, I wouldn't put it past him. It's yet another reason why it's vital that we get out the vote everywhere and especially in Ohio and Florida. And if Bush refuses to concede in the face of numbers like the ones I proffer, I would expect Kerry's representatives to appear on every network, explaining that Kerry would like to give Bush the opportunity to concede gracefully before declaring victory, while reminding everyone that the race isn't Bush's to call. Give Bush about one hour to accept an increasingly obvious defeat while fully establishing the reality that Kerry has won. In that way, if Bush still withholds his concession, Kerry can declare victory without appearing hasty.
