    •  They just say they discredited him (none / 1)

over and over.  Proof by assertion is how the right wing and republican-owned media operate.  The only thing they ever really questioned him about was the US flying Saudis out of the country story, which is true.

obviously MM is going to stick around, but everything in his movies is truthful.  If we let ourselves say one of ours is discredited because he is constantly lied about and slandered, how does this help us?  Hannity knowingly brings up lies about democrats that have been thouroughly debunked and he knows it.  He fills books with these lies.  Same with Coulter, Limbaugh and a host of others that aren't called "discredited," when in fact they have lied so often that nobody should believe a word they say without independent verification.
    •  What aren't you sure about? (none / 0)

It's utter rubbish. As a member of the reality based community, I can assure you Michael Moore's credibility is fully intact.
    •  My response (none / 0)

I work at a very right-wing company.  I am a lone liberal in a sea of conservatives.  There's a group of us that exchange political emails - two independents that voted Kerry, two wingnuts that voted bush, and me, the lib that voted Kerry.

The two independents loved F9/11, but feel it is biased, and not quite factually accurate.

The two wingnuts say that everything in the movie is false.  Michael Moore does nothing but lie.

I can say that every fact in the movie was vetted, and he has backing sources for everything in the movie.  Falls on deaf ears.

So that's my perspective.  I love Moore, and want the second movie to come out.  But the right-wing, seeing stuff coming from Moore, will say its all lies.  The echo chamber will amplifiy it to the nation.

      There you have it.
