I think we should all pay off our MBNA credit cards as a protest.  It makes us richer and them poorer.

        •  Don't get me started on MBNA... (none / 0)

I took out an MBNA credit card earlier this year and can concur that they are the absolute worst. The hit you with charges for everything you do, and I mean everything. Write a check on the card, $10 fee. Get a cash advance, $7.50 fee. And the interest... my god. I'm paying it down as quickly as I can so I can cut it up, send it back, and never have them darken my wallet again.

But in the meantime, my boycott vote goes to the fake Australian restaurant chain, Outback Steakhouse.

"Blooming onion"... I'm from Australia and I've never heard of such a thing. Death to the Outback Steakhouse and all the folksy, fake aussie crap of its ilk (like the Crocodile Hunter)!

Fool me once, I'll punch you in the fucking head.

        •  MBNA (none / 0)

Odd thing is many liberal groups (e.g. Working Assets) use MBNA for their cards.

I think Salon.com credit card is an exception.
