But I saw the stupidest sign a few months ago...I was on my way back to school in Iowa from a long weekend in Minnesota, and I was almost back at campus when I saw a Knights of Columbus hall/building/whatever they call their meeting places...it said: "Thank God Your Mother Was Pro-Life.""...now, my mother is not "pro-life"...(which is a a term I can't stand to begin with...because it implies that the rest of us, who want safe and legal abortions to be available are anti-life or pro-death or something stupid like that...) my mother is pro-choice...and so is her mother...it's a ridiculous sign...because it assumes that anyone who is pro-choice doesn't want to have children and if they ever get pregnant they will automatically have an abortion...
