  •  Counties (none / 1)

If those lists have already been forwarded to the counties, what are the chances that some of them will use the list anyway?
    •  Depends ... are they Democrats (none / 0)

or Republicans who are heading up the count election departments?

Oh, that's right, it was election officials from BOTH parties that used Katherine Harris' very flawed felon scrub list without putting any protections in for possible mistakes. Of course, it was the Motor Voter Law, forwarded by Clinton and approved by both parties, which allowed states to create felon lists to purge. Interestingly, there are provisions in the law that allow people who are purged accidentally/purposely purged or not properly registered, to sign an affadavit on Election Day saying that they were actually registered and should have been allowed to vote in 2000.
But election officials, from both parties, never gave voters who were purged this option. Why? Why would county and precinct Democrats not allow these voters who were purged the right to vote? As we know, many were registered members of the Democrat Party who were accidentally/purposely purged by Harris. Why would Democrat county officials not allow these voters the right to vote? It is shocking, isn't it?

But somehow, Greg Palast and others, forget to even mention that Democrats were also a part of the controversy. It's all about the evil Harris and the evil Jeb Bush - both of whom are pretty evil - but because the Democrats weren't doing their jobs properly, they disenfranchised their own voters and their candidate lost.
