why should I have to come home stinking like your ashtray?  Look, smoking outside in designated areas - okay.  Smoking outside at the zoo around kids, not okay.  Smoking those little plexiglass boxes at the airport - great! get a contact nicotine fix...  Problem is too many smokers don't care about kids, non-smokers, etc.

How would you like it if I sat down next to you at a bar and ripped off nasty beer binge farts for an hour or two such that your nice duds smelled like my ass when you went home...

I think that you should be allowed to smoke all you want, but that cigarettes, booze and fast food should be taxed significantly so that users of those drugs cover the health care costs that they currently foist upon our healthcare system - leaving those of us taxpayers that eschew those self-indulgent habits picking up the tab.

Sorry... I just don't have sympathy of "smokers rights"
