What about masturbators? We don't hurt anyone, but if we're caught doing it in public, we're treated far worse than people caught smoking in public, and smokers kill the innocent with their second-hand smoke. Masturbators hurt no one.

And what about people who go to the bathroom? I would never do that myself, for course. But some people defecate. And if they do it in front of witnesses, they are treated far worse than smokers.
