My hat is off to you for wading through that muck of a speech. Grandiose and delusional are two other adjectives that come to mind.  The basic theme of his WOT is "To fight terrorism, behave like a terrorist."

I was amazed to read his explanation why being in Iraq has not increased terrorist determination. Because "...we were not in Iraq on September the 11th, 2001, and Al Qaida attacked us anyway."  

It is sickening that the President of the United States presented a statement so lacking in logic.  And of course, devoid of morality and civility.
