I only have a basic HP inkjet paper, but my ink cartridges are fairly new, so it printed out great using draft mode.
My local printing shop spiral bound my copy and added a clear vinyl cover and blue vinyl backing for only $3.50.
Ticks suck!

Then, it offset my page borders, dropping my entire sidebar at the very bottom of my page, where it's not supposed to be. Turns out it was actually the BuzzFlash newsbox I had that was screwing things up.
Note to self: Don't forget to view blog in Explorer since many people still use it. :/
Perhaps when you hand out the ad, you include a simple border format so that the image and the text are all included in one little package.
Or people can look up border properties and formats.
BTW, I'm printing the cookbook now. Biggie, it sho' is but it does look good on 24lb paper. Going with 42's recommendation, once it's done, I'll be taking it down to my local Kinko's to see what they can do with it in terms of throwing it in a nice binder.
;p

Supposedly Office Max only charges around $6.00 for spiral binding - should include a clear vinyl front cover, and colored vinyl backing.
I went to a local printing company, and got a much cheaper quote.

Some of the recipes from your Food diary did make it into this book, but I have the others cut and pasted on my computer.
