    when i follow the dkos tag for david rivkin it's interesting that before armando's diary today there's another one about a wapo editorial where rivkin and casey were arguing that blowing the cover of a covert CIA agent was somehow not a crime either.

    seems like their whole shtick must be finding some kind of pseudo-legal babble to convince the weak-minded how blatant criminality by the administration is not in fact breaking any laws.

    no doubt they get paid well for the job, but i don't see why news-leaders like the NYT and the WaPo feel this kind of shlock is worth publishing.
