Insurgent attacks fuel fears of rising violence in Iraq

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Insurgents shot into a crowd of people in a Baghdad bakery with a burst of AK-47 gunfire, killing at least 10 Friday, and a car bomb outside a mosque to the north of the capital killed 12 and wounded at least 20.
