Grassroots for America and Latinos for America are creating a "Root camp" training program.  

On a parallel track, Demspeak is doing a fantastic job getting the word out about framing.

In the mean time, DFA is working on getting the issues framed for 2006 now and recruiting candidates.  The DNC, under Dean is planning to do a great deal to empower the grassroots in each state party (or in tech speak, the "edge").

And that's barely the tip of the iceberg.
