He's making a statement for something he believes in. I say good for him. As a teenager, I wish more of my friends cared this much about something other than American Idol.

  if the kid were 16, maybe even 15. But he's 10, and that's a huge difference. I was in 5th grade when I was 10, learning about the fucking Oregon Trail, if memory serves. Not exactly the time of life when I was thinking about getting arrested 'cuz it's what Jesus and Daddy wanted.

    I think you should teach kids about peaceful, sign-totin' activism at a young age. But exposing a child to arrest in your stead is, well, cowardice.
