He has no loyalties. He only cares who can best help him and most of the suckers who have been kissing up to him are Republicans, though there are more Democrats than there should be saying and doing nice things for him.

And, by the way Mr. DeLay, you have been in it for yourself and no one else. The fact that the money didn't land directly in your pocket does not exonerate you. You are on a power trip and the power that you have amassed to yourself comes in part from the way you have misused money. You're just another drunk who got sober, got 'religion' and got mean.
