    office.
    Here is my plan for picking the president.
    Anyone who is willing to be an office holder puts his/her name into a hat.
    We pick the name out of the hat.
    They lead for 1 year.
    After 1 year we vote on whether or not he/she should stay in office.
    If not, we go back to the hat.
