the case in any area the President visits. And he plans on going back Monday. I son't know if they dod the same for Rumsfeld or Rice but they are going down tomorrow...photo-ops, not action. When I worked forest fire disasters we did not want the Pres (any Pres) to come because it meant work stopped.
