I'm looking forward to all sorts of parliamentary procedural tricks to keep clumsy Republican stalling tactics at bay. Nancy Pelosi, and especially Harry Reid, will need all the tricks available to hold to their pledge to restore Congressional rules without giving Republicans too much power to obstruct.
Democrats have done this for over 40 years before Newt Gingrich took over. We certainly ought to have the advantage here.
