    I seem to recall right after 9/11 bin Laden said that he didn't plan 9/11, but trained the people who took it upon themselves to plan it.  He basically took credit for it, in this way, but didn't actively send anyone to do this.

    It is hard for me to see why he would pipe up, now, to say that we got the wrong guy, even if true.

    I am cynical: there was technology demonstrated in 1999 that can take a bit of recorded voice of someone and then provide audio of that person saying...well, basically anything.  So it wouldn't be far-fetched to have some if not all of the bin Laden tapes in the last few years manufactured by this White House, and used for propaganda purposes.  And have them be vague enough that their authenticity can still be questioned later if it is discovered OBL is actually dead, and has been for years.

    And the people who can vouch for the authenticity?  The very government which might be fabricating the tapes.

    I'm still an Edwards supporter, and a Patriots fan. Not having the best year here...
