I hope you are right, but I really don't think so. How many years have we been walking the planet? Look at it. I see no evidence that we will change anytime soon.

Will humanity ever be committed enough to a better future to work towards it without even asking themselves whether there is any hope of achieving it? The way you would search for a child lost in the wilderness.

I just think we human beings are easily led by people with strong concepts. Fear in the wrong hands can appear as strong as love.
There are plenty of people who can rationalize hatred and fear. We need more people who can speak eloquently about love and fairness.
Maybe I've had too much coffee and John Lennon for me on a weekend afternoon. Imagine with me?
