Of those on the Netroots list, I've contributed small amounts to Lamont, Tester, and Sestak.  Larger contributions have gone to the candidates with whom I have stronger, more direct connections.

Seattle is right across Lake Washington from WA-08 and Darcy Burner.  I've talked with Darcy any number of times, seen her grow as a candidate and as a person.  All of Washington State's Democrats are united in the push to get her into the House (we're also doing a lot to help Peter Goldmark, whose currently-active dKos diary could use your love almost as much as his campaign could use your money).

And I've made bigger contributions to my Dartmouth classmate Paul Hodes, who wants to represent Hanover and the rest of NH-02 in the House.  Paul's a good man and will be a superb Congressman.  And of course, the Class of '72 is waaaay better than the Class of '74, of which Paul's opponent is a member.

    •  Tell me about Darcy... (0+ / 0-)

How is she polling? I'm next door in Oregon and would like to contribute "locally" so's to speak.  Thanks!

    •  I've been thinking about volunteering this fall (0+ / 0-)

and what with my location in Seattle, Darcy's campaign looks like the place to be.

Got a link or two for me to look into further?
