    Henne is horrible.

I just cannot stand Michigan "fans" who bash the team at the beginning of the year.  Optimism my friend, optimism, and a nice Pinot Grigio.

a few drops, but a LOT of balls behind the receivers.

Defense looked great today.  DeBord didn't seem to want to go anywhere but to Mike Hart up the middle.  I'm fairly OK with that.

Believe me, I'm a big fan, I just don't have a lot of confidence in Chad Henne.

I was at the game on the 10-yard line, so lots of those late balls I didn't see.  I did actually question whether he should have run a few times, I thought there were open receivers.  I'm unsold also, but I'm not ready to write the guy off (he's certainly better than Navarre).

Look, I trust DeBord, and why should he show anything against a team that was going backward for all but one drive in the second half.

Henne did seem to have quick feet.  Does he think he's Michael Vick all of a sudden?

They definitely left a lot of the playbook in the locker room.  Bottom line, the season starts Sept.16 in South Bend.
