9/11 is must NOT be a partisan issue, but Clark will marginalize Bush's rhetorical address to the nation with facts.

The truth will come out!! And Clark will articulate why we, Americans, are less secure now, than we were 5 years ago, ... "subsequent to" the inuaguration of this administration in 2001.
