That's true.  I come from a very safe district (CA-8) so it's more effective for me to work on a house campaign in CA-11.

HOWEVER, Phil Angelides needs our help everywhere.  So if people would like to volunteer but don't want to make a trek to another district, they would be a great campaign to contact.
