Either way, here are my policy predictions for tonight's speech.
Energy Policy: After hearing that America is on the brink of an energy crisis, Bush will mandate that all Americans get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
Energy Policy: Bush will create tax credits as an incentive for the uninsured to buy healthcare. Poor people just need some incentive, because not being able to go to the doctor when you are sick just isn't reason enough to want good insurance. Single working mothers making $20,000 a year will be so happy to hear about their tax credit - now they can buy that $7,500 a year healthcare plan they always wanted. Thanks Mr. President! (This isn't really a prediction, he's actually going to propose this...)
Poverty: Bush will create tax credits for all purchases of boots with straps, allowing millions of Americans to pull themselves out of poverty. More here ...
