  •  Can they file a second complaint against (4+ / 0-)

    him?
    Or will it be, "well, there's already one complaint, let it play out" sort of thing?

    •  shayera, the problem is ... (8+ / 0-)

      judges - like cops - "police" themselves; and discipline over misconduct is RARE - and always has to rise to a level far, FAR beyond what would have you or i in jail in a second, for any one these protected sects to even get a rebuke or scolding, much less removal. {jail? now i know you're kidding!}

      bar association reviews for attorneys are just as bad ...

      why is there always some "mitigating circumstance" for the three castes of [virtually] untouchables - yet the people that pay their salaries are being hauled off in cuffs at less and less provocation?

      THE ANSWER IS THAT THEY ARE ANSWERABLE TO NO ONE BUT THEMSELVES ... meaning, in effect, they answer to NO ONE!

      think i'm kidding? - try filing complaints against any of the three groups above - and let me know how THAT works out for you!

      and if you do, rest assured - you're "marked"; sad - but true
