if it were directed at Biden, Gravel or Kucinich, none of whom has any chance in hell.
Obama? I can see him taking it.
And there we are, the beautiful; eating from TV trays, tuned in to Happy Days.

I picture the candidates at home on a laptop, reading Kos, and then slapping their foreheads and saying "Of course, what was I thinking?! I'm out!"

He is the worst democratic candidate after Gravel.
by Blue Wind on Sun Nov 11, 2007 at 10:45:17 AM PDT
he makes the rest of our candidates look so much more lifelike and engaging and non-robotic.
And honestly, he's funny. :-)

That comment could be applied equally to Biden and Gravel. Interpret as you wish! :-)

Biden, Gravel, and the Kooce provide a much-needed source of amusement these days. The Kooce is counting little green men amongst his supporters, and Biden is the king of one-liners. I want Joe Biden to have his own MSNBC show when all is said and done -- "Biden My Time." I'd watch. Well, I don't have cable. Whatever. And Gravel? Gravel had the sheer audacity to tell the entire YearlyKos convention that we don't understand how politics works. That takes some serious courage! And insanity. But courage! I like courageous candidates. Hell, he didn't even know who Markos was, so we know he's not a panderer.
Now Richardson, on the other hand, should drop out. Or just have his jaw wired shut so he can't keep saying things like "I'm the only Democrat who won't raise your taxes." And "we need to fully investigate what happened in Roswell, NM." Sigh.

without thinking he has icky hairy man-tatas. Sorry, it's true. I had a meeting with one of his people a few weeks ago, and good Lord, now I know what Kool-Aid drinkers are like. Yes, I know that's shallow, but I make no claims to being anything but.
As to Kucinich, I've been saying for months that I'm just waiting for the guy to start talking about UFOs. And behold, that's exactly what he did.
Gravel just shows that it takes a special kind of crazy to run for President.
And Biden is watchable exactly because you never know what bizarre thing he's going to say next. He's the lovable uncle that you insist sit elsewhere when you're at a restaurant with people you know from work.

Oh, btw, I think we are going to have another kathstravaganza when I come home around Christmas. Stay tuned! :-)

I do actually visit my parents and friends once in a while. Actually, I'm really looking forward to visiting my dumpling place, my bagel place, and eating the platonic ideal of pizza. But yes, friends and family, hooray for them too! :-)

But no, they do not have bagels.
Seriously, though, they DO NOT have scallion cream cheese. My admittedly-lame kingdom for some motherfucking scallion cream cheese. Come on, Texans. Get with the program.
