    Was that he mentioned that Ahmadinejad was elected, then they had a nuclear program, and then economic pressure forced them to give up the program, and Ahmadinejad was still a bad guy, so we should keep pressure on them.  

    Thing is, Ahmadinejad was elected in 2005.  Two years after they supposedly gave up the nuclear program.  

    Revisionist much?

      Bush is a pathological liar...

      it seems like he doesn't even know that he's lying.  Either that or he just doesn't pay attention to history (recent or otherwise).  Maybe both.

      Those speech writers had to be cringing when he said this, and you can be sure they didn't write it.  This is Bush striking out on his own, again, and thoroughly messing it up, again.  

      I had to laugh at this one.  How can he get it so convoluted, and BELIEVE it?

      I don't really feel sorry for him.  I do think that he needs to be examined by a psychiatrist and proclaimed unfit for duty.
