On December 6, late in the afternoon, our courageous Colorado Congresswoman, who has tried to show she is "green" - went back to her old ways and voted Nay.

If this bill is vetoed by Bush - we can be certain Betsy Markey will vote for it - and for even a stronger bill.  She doesn't have to "fake" being green.  She is the tiny green giant of the 4th district.
