in many other diaries announcing meetups in cities other than my own (NYC), I hope someone is able to post another diary reporting generally on the events: who was there, topics of conversation and that kind of stuff.  And photos of Kossacks enjoying the festivities (taken and posted with permission, of course) are always nice to see as well.
