were funding an occupation; essentially building another nation to live in, sort of like owning a second home.  Get this: We aren't leaving Iraq. At a minimum we will have several hundred folk occupying the largest embassy in the world, and several hundred more amassed in the 14-16 various forts and outposts we've built and at least 50K USA military in Iraq. We will have Navy offshore and a healthy logistical line to benefit New Iraq ... think of it like New Hampshire.
