Nor does Wesley Clark continuously criticise Democrats and the Democratic Party in a patronising manner.

Clark will not rise above second tier in this race.
He won't be able to raise the cash because most of his 2004 cash is already in Hillary's purse.

and Clark won't have enough.
Moving from second tier to top tier in this race is going to be extremely costly and frankly, none of the second tier candidates have demonstrated they can raise that kind of cash.
