    but if you're on Firefox (w/Adblock), I heartily recommend you add:

    blogads

    to keep from seeing that kind of stuff. As for why it's there?

        Its Kubuntu.

        I do have tha adblock extension, but I only use it on the ones that move, I'm apparently extra sensitive to movement, I literally cannot read a website with a moving ad because the movement keeps dragging my eyes away from the text.

      mo money to keep dKos running.
      My local "we still heart Nixon" newspaper, on the other hand, is a ghost of it's ad-ridden self by the time I check it for local news and weather.
