it has to be something that everyone understands immediately. So it has to refer to some well-known crime or a general metaphor for something, and be a mocking play on words. Blackburied works, but it's not in common usage. How about e-nailed? Kerry was Roved but Rove's been e-nailed? (at least we all hope he will be) Headline in the NYT: Will Rove be E-Nailed? Headline in the LA times, will Rove be Blackburied?
