  Perhaps you are not a 'troll' in the sense you are trying to cause trouble, but your post has 'trollishness' to it because you start with a tragedy in Virginia and minimize it by describing the much greater tragedy in Iraq.
  
  It doesn't matter how you connect it to handguns. This is a tragedy for everyone involved, even the shooter and his family.
  
  You should let some time pass before using any such event in a political argument.
