Tip O'Neil, Jim Wright or Tom Foley were pro life by that time. I think O'Niel was a long time before that but swiched.

O'Neil (who I was specificly reffering to, though not by name) was still anti-choice during his tenure as speaker, or at least through part of it.

I know he opposed abortion rights at some point, but I though that post Roe, he changed.

(And as soon as I get a chance I'll ask my friend who's big on Tip O'Neil history) his position was that he was against abortion, but that we wouldn't take action to over-turn Roe, e.g. a Constituional amendment, which had it come to the floor, probably would have found furtile ground in Reagan's America.
