The other big question that people are asking is whether Brad can raise enough money, and let me just say that no matter what, we wont lose to Dole because of money.

we wont lose to Dole because of money.
It's one of the miracles of places like ActBlue...and of the Tubes as a whole.
I live in NY, in a reliably Democratic district. Would I have known to support Jerry McNerney and Scott Kleeb and Jon Tester and Jim Webb and Tammy Duckworth and on and on in 2006? Maybe some of them, but not all, and not so easily.
I have the feeling that '08 will be just the same--but even more so. I can feel the wave building already.

whoever runs against Dole will raise some money through ActBlue. But Brad would raise more money online than any of them.
And, more importantly, we would win more volunteers. Think of all those people from dailykos that hopped in vans and drove to CT to help lamont. Those same types of people exist throughout the south and would probably be willing to do the same for Brad if he gets in.

if we lose, it'll be because of money. You really think that they'll vote for Dole because of her record? :)

all the time. Look at Casey Santorum. Casey got outspent 28 million to 18 million.
Webb, Tester..they all got trounced in the money game.
Heck, Larry Kissell lost by 327 votes and got outspent 5 or 6 to 1.
