We trained bad music on Noriega while he was holed up as a sanctuary refugee in an embassy in Panama City.  Urban businesses pump Vegas-style lounge-lizard music into their parking lots to keep the gangs away.  

Maybe we could use American Idol music to end all wars.  Only question is, do we use the winners, or the William Hung-style losers?
