Seriously.  I think we'll get the GOP majority on board -- we already have the majority of the business community on board and even some of the oil companies.

But Bush WILL NOT CHANGE.  He's deciderized that there's no global warming, and he won't do anything about it.  It's his character: he is stubborn as a mule, even on very very stupid things.  We may well have to impeach him in order to do anything.
