did the best.  Tonight she is shouting, and I can't tell if her content is also not as good as before or if it's the shouting undermining how I hear things.

By contrast, I thought Edwards was really underwhelming the first debates, and is doing better tonight.  But I guess that makes sense, since this has been much more domestic policy oriented, more open to his key issues being raised.
