I've been rooting for them since I was born and I'm 40 now and I still believe.
I live in Colorado now and it's the only thing I miss about Illinois--my Cubbies.
And since I won't be in Chicago, I'll just dream about being at Wrigley Field instead.

Yeah, you never really get the Cubbies out of your system, no matter where life takes you.
And I still cry a little any time I walk up those steps and see the ivy. Wrigley Field truly is the Cathedral of Baseball, it is a holy place.

I actually get a lump in my throat when I walk into Wrigley Field. I still have my baseball cards from their season in 1985 in my cedar chest.
I'll give up a lung first before I relinquish them. :)
