Especially when one considers that the aggression never really stopped in 1991. We continued "low intensity" bombing of Iraq, and imposed a sanctions regime that probably killed upwards of one million people.

Add that to the casualties of both "official" wars, and we're directly or indirectly responsible for about 2 million deaths.

That is staggering.

When it's suggested that Bush (and others) should be dragged before a war crimes tribunal in chains, it's no exaggeration.
