His Grandfather was born there. Thanks for the Wikipedia link to George Romney. I checked it out and it's Linked to Mitt Romney. It has his polygamist Great grandfather moving to Mexico to avoid the polygamy laws in the U.S. His grandfather was born in Chihuahua. Then he snuck accross the border. I wonder if he was an undocumented immigrant.
