I think Graham could have delivered Florida, Ralph Nader or not. And Kerry would have been a better VP candidate than the guy at the top. He's a pretty tough debater and I think he'd make a solid attack dog, which is exactly what you want as a VP candidate. You don't want a wimp (who won't stand up for the ticket, a la Lieberman) and you don't want a rock star (who will detract from the person at the top).
