  Look those guys make their living off of guest worker Visas if you say so but probably because of that motivation. I don't trust them and they piss me off too because engineering requires as much brains and education as law...they make $250, $300 an hour figuring out how to undermine that occupation!

    I'd bet you were right.
    
    But by and large none of the tradional "immigrant activists" got behind the Senate bill in the end. Some played "wait and see" for a while ...and they waited...and they saw ...and what they saw was a giant turd shat out the ass of corporate America.
