I was a little worried about it at first---who the hell is David Letterman to do something like that to a US presidential candidate?---but then I thought better of it when Edwards took it so good naturedly.
I was waiting for him to push his hair back into place, but he didn't do it. He sat there, looking funny, and he understood why. That told me volumes about him.
God, I wish he was doing better in the race.
