      I do not know if McClurkin was paid for his appearance or not. I know he was doing what he does for a living. Additionally, the same criticism was made of Bob Kerrey, who is most definitely NOT on Clinton's payroll. So no, I think the hair you are attempting to split is both insignificant and hypocritical.
