She's another one who was annoited to her seat by long-time Rep. Lou Stokes and doesn't seem to be very motivated to do much more than sit.

She's actually a pretty savvy politician, if you look past the ethical slip-ups endemic to the old Cleveland political machine. Like Kucinich, she could do much more for her district too.
