Bill was disbarred. I'm the first to argue he perjured himself over questions that should NOT have been asked. But he was still disbarred.
Hillary worked from the mid seventies until she went to DC as a corporate lawyer. That is not who I want on the supreme court.
Yes, she is smart and a wonk, but she also has a long history of, frankly, selling out. Nowhere near the USSC.

My point is that all of the people above thread who think that being disbarred disqualifies you for nomination for the Supreme Court are incorrect.
But he would never be nominated by a President of either party.
